Please note the apartment has a steep set of stairs leading to the first floor. These can be avoided by using the lift, which goes from the downstairs entrance hall up to the single bedroom.
Living Room
The cosy living room at Upper Instow Beach Cottage is lovely and bright with large windows beautifully capturing the stunning views of the beach and sea beyond. Within the lounge , there are comfy sofas and chairs for relaxing, and a flat-screen TV, just in case you need to catch up with what’s going on outside of Instow!
From the sitting room, guests can access the terrace and garden.
Kitchen
At the rear of the upper apartment is the modern and contemporary kitchen, which is fitted with new cupboards and work surfaces. Appliances within the kitchen include a fridge/freezer, an electric cooker and hob and a microwave. Next door to the kitchen is a handy pantry.
Dining Room
Just across from the kitchen is the separate dining room, which is full of character and has views of the garden. Here you will find a period, gothic style table seating up to five.
Bedroom 1 (double)
In the centre of the upper apartment is the double bedroom, which has plenty of storage space, including a dressing table and a wardrobe. This lovely bedroom has views of the garden and is located beside the family bathroom. A handy feature of the bedroom is its own wash basin with mirror.
Bedroom 2 (twin)
Situated opposite the sitting room is the spacious twin bedroom, which has two single beds and garden views. The room, which is nice and bright has a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and its own wash basin. This room is also where the flat’s washing machine can be found.
Bedroom 3 (single)
The final bedroom at Upper Instow Beach Cottage is found at the top of the stairs and is a nice single with sea views. Along with the single bed, there is a chest of drawers and a wash-basin. Within this room is the handy lift that can be used to go between the ground floor and first floor, and therefore avoiding the stairs.
Family Bathroom
Upper Instow Beach Cottage has a nice sized family bathroom situated in the centre of the apartment. It is fitted with a shower over bath, a wash-basin and a loo. There is also a useful stool and a mirrored storage cupboard.
Terrace and Garden
Accessed via the sitting room are the terrace and small garden. The terrace features a table for alfresco dining and some of the most beautiful uninterrupted views across the estuary, making this the perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of wine.
Down some steps from the terrace is a small garden area, which is nicely sheltered by trees.
If needed there is a large entrance hall on the ground floor of the apartment where bikes and beach gear can be safely stored.
